The time has come to solicit proposals for scholarship to be presented at the 2012 National Council for the Social Studies (NCSS) College and University Faculty Assembly (CUFA) Annual Meeting, to be held from Wednesday, November 14, through Friday, November 16, in Seattle, Washington. The theme of this year’s conference is Opening Windows to the World. Our program will include papers, symposia, and alternative sessions selected via this call for proposals and a thorough peer review process, drawn from the expertise and efforts of the NCSS CUFA membership. In addition, the conference will feature invited speakers, CUFA- and NCSS-cosponsored Research Into Practice (RIP) sessions, and yearly business meetings.
All who wish to submit a proposal will access the NCSS CUFA online proposal system through the following website, which also is available through www.ncsscufa.org: http://tinyurl.com/cufa2012submission. This form includes submission information for all participants who wish to present their work and potentially serve as a chair, discussant, and/or proposal reviewer. If you simply want to be considered for the role of chair, discussant, and/or reviewer without submitting a proposal, please provide your contact information here: http://tinyurl.com/cufareviewer.
